Hooded Crow

While in Russia, near the Peterhof Palace, I spotted a different kind of crow and managed to take some pictures.
The pictures were not as good as I would have liked, but at least they readily identify the bird as a hooded crow, also known variously as the Danish crow, Scotch crow, corbie and gray crow.
It is gray with a black head, throat, wings, tail, thigh feathers, bill, eyes and feet.
There are four subspecies. This one also had some white or gray on the wing feathers and I'm not sure if that somehow differentiates it among one or more of the subspecies.

I got the following picture of a hooded crow near Matthias Church in Budapest, Hungary.
This Hungarian hooded crow seems to be lacking the white patch on the wing feathers of the Russian hooded crow above.
